I've been having neck pain that I've put off for years. I started working out again thinking that the neck pain had gone away. Come to find out it hadn't. I've never had a professional massage done for a couple reasons. One reason, I didn't think that they really worked and the other was being uncomfortable. Terri has changed my thoughts about massages mentally and physically. Not only did she fix my pain in my neck, she made me feel at ease. While she was giving me a massage, I personally had questions about different muscle parts, strains, and soreness. She was more than willing to teach me what the strains were and what muscles she's working on and why. Her knowledge was simply amazing.
